What you provide

The booking form collects your name, phone number, appointment date and time, and an optional email address. These details are saved in the website’s booking database so Precision Cuts of WNY can keep track of appointments.

For a child’s appointment, use a parent or guardian’s contact details. You can discuss the haircut you want with Mr. Sim when you arrive; the booking form does not ask you to choose a service or describe your cut.

Who can see your booking

The appointment list is available through the owner’s protected dashboard. The website also gives you a private management link for your appointment. Anyone with that link can access the appointment it relates to, so keep it private and avoid posting or sharing it publicly.

Shop sign-in

Shop management has a separate username and password. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and a secure cookie keeps the shop owner signed in for up to seven days. Signing out ends that device’s session; changing the password signs out all devices. Customers do not need a shop account to book an appointment.

Payments and notifications

This website does not collect online payments. Automatic email and text-message confirmations are not currently connected. Keep the confirmation shown on the website and save your private management link when your booking is complete.
